Claimtax.co.uk Terms & Conditions
- Claimtax.co.uk will submit a claim for the highest refund amount possible based on the information provided by the client within the legal boundaries laid out within UK Tax Laws.
- Claimtax.co.uk will release any refund as soon possible, depending on the payment option chosen by the client and subject to the provision of required documentation by the client and the efficient processing of the claim/return by the Inland Revenue.
- Claimtax.co.uk is not responsible for the refund of tax where:
- the client has provided information which is false, inaccurate, insufficient or misleading in any way;
- the client has already received a refund;
- the client has already applied for a refund, either directly or through another person, natural or legal;
- the client owes money to the tax authority.
- When the client signs a Contract Agreement permitting Claimtax.co.uk to arrange his/her refund/return, he/she is agreeing to pay the quoted fee to Claimtax.co.uk for the arrangement of the service. If the client has signed a Contract Agreement authorising Claimtax.co.uk to arrange his/her refund/return, and has, with or without his or her knowledge, applied or authorised any other person, natural or legal, to arrange the same refund/return, he/she will owe Claimtax.co.uk the fee for the arrangement of the service, regardless whether the client has obtained a refund or benefited in any way other than through the services of Claimtax.co.uk.
- The submission of a registration to Claimtax.co.uk, by web, post, hand, fax, or email constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions, including amendments, by the client.
- All emails to the client will be sent to the email address provided by the client at registration. Claimtax.co.uk expects the client to ensure there is sufficient space in his/her inbox to receive all emails and that the client checks his/her email regularly - regularly being about three times a week.
- Depending upon which payment option has been selected by the client, Claimtax.co.uk will either receive payment upfront and instruct Revenue to refund the client directly
or
receive the refund on behalf of the client, deduct its fee and send the remainder of the refund to the client, usually by bank transfer.
- Claimtax.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to process any refund/return without reason.
- Claimtax.co.uk reserves the right to amend or add to these Terms and Conditions should the need arise. Such changes will be posted on the website at www.claimtax.co.uk/termsconditions.html and clients are advised to check it regularly to receive these updates.
- By signing up to the Claimtax.co.uk service you accept that as a client of Claimtax.co.uk you may be contacted by any communication method available in order to process your claim.
